A. All parking around Steam Portland is free! Club Members can park on Sandy Boulevard. Also, on the side street adjacent to the club (NE 29th) there is additional parking and the access street behind the club (next to the freeway) has ample parking. Steam Guy asks everyone to be courteous to our neighbors and respect their assigned parking.

A. Steam Guy is amazed at the number of men who have expressed an interest in working at the club. An on-line Employment Application is available by clicking here, as well as open positions will be posted. If you are interested in employment, please fill out an application. All information will be held in strict confidence. Also, you need to be at least 18 years of age to work in the Club.

A. TriMet #12 Sandy Boulevard stops nearby.
Q. Dear Steam Guy, DO YOU HAVE TO BE A MEMBER?
A. Yes. Steam Portland is a private club and membership is required. Steam Portland is offering a free month introductory offer if you find us online. For our out-of-town guests short-term memberships are available.
Q. Dear Steam Guy, DO YOU HAVE AN ATM?
A. Not Yet, but we will very soon, it will be located in the front lobby entrance for easy access. It will also have reasonable fees and be available 24/7.
Q. Dear Steam Guy, DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
A. Yes we do. Visa, MC & Discover. The charge will appear as a discreet corporate entity. The name Steam Portland will not appear on your statement.
Q. Dear Steam Guy, HOW LONG CAN A MEMBER STAY IN THE CLUB?
A. An entrance fee allows you to enjoy the facilities of your choice for a period of six hours. If you wish to stay in the club for an additional period, you will be charged $2.00 for each additional hour you rent your locker and $3.00 for each additional hour of room rental.
Q. Dear Steam Guy, WHAT KIND OF ATTIRE IS ACCEPTABLE IN THE CLUB?
A. Steam Guy wears nothing in the club! But you can also sport a towel, underwear, or fetish wear. Street clothes won't make it in the play areas, so leave them in your locker.
Q. Dear Steam Guy, I AM AN OLDER MAN AND NOT IN THE BEST OF SHAPE. I ENJOY GOING TO THE BATHS BUT I HAVE BEEN TREATED RUDELY BY STAFF AND MEMBERS IN CLUBS IN OTHER CITIES. WOULD I BE COMFORTABLE AT STEAM PORTLAND?
A. Our staff will treat all members with dignity and respect. Our motto is: Cleanliness, Friendliness & Fun! A lot will depend on your attitude and how you treat others as well. If you approach someone and there is no interest, its best to move on and find someone who is interested. Those young "hotties' are usually interested in each other, but you never know who might want a Daddy Bear!

Q. Dear Steam Guy, WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY IN THE CLUB?
A. Smoking is only allowed on our outdoor sun deck. it is our only designated smoking section, so enjoy some fresh air while you puff.
Q. Dear Steam Guy, IS STEAM PORTLAND WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
A. Yes, Steam Portland has wheel chair accessible rooms and lockers on the main floor. The restrooms, showers and steam room are also wheel chair accessible, but the hot tub area is limited to your personal ability.
