Steam Portland is now hiring for swing shift 4:45pm-1:15am Thursday through Monday. We seeking disciplined, vigilant, and community-minded personnel to join our physical operations crew.
- STARTING PAY: Starting pay is $20/hr at 40 hours per week, plus bonuses and daily tips.
- BASELINE REQUIREMENT: Strict minimum age of 18+ required for all operational staff profiles.
- SHIFT PROTOCOL: Flexibility for weekend, holiday, and late-night 24-hour shift rotations is mandatory.
- CORE ATTRIBUTES: High focus on cleanliness, professional spatial boundary maintenance, and respectful community support equity.
